I'm Kerri Marsh, and I help women with transformations, inside and out.
I am a confidence and image coach, master stylist, and encourager of women. I will guide you through a complete anti-aging, head to toe, personal style and image makeover.  With your updated look, mindset, and renewed confidence nothing will stop you from living and pursuing the life of your dreams.

My story
Growing up in poverty made me realize that this lifestyle was not going to be the life for me or the legacy I wanted to leave. I knew I did not want to go to traditional college, I was offered a scholarship to beauty college and I took it. Although being a hair stylist was never my dream it was a path that would get me going, I quickly discovered doing the hair was not my burning desire, but helping people with their self-confidence was, this led me to a journey of education in the beauty industry. On this journey, I've worked for several manufacturers and suppliers, shared my knowledge and love for teaching stylists how to be better at their craft, and helped women like me to earn larger than average incomes through education and enhanced technical skills.

Then, I looked up after several years and found myself with a full clientele, owner of a busy salon, holding two teaching positions, doing wedding parties, working on hair gigs for special events, volunteering for the local theater, and hairstyling models for runway shows. I loved it all, but needless to say, I found myself overwhelmed, aging, and burned out. Something had to change.

Around this time, I also started getting more and more messages and questions from my clients asking me how I do it all, what my self-care routines are, and who the heck is my team of beauty experts. (See my besties page for who I use and recommend for all things selfie love.)

This became the message and framework for the transition that took place in and outside of me.  I was at a fork in the road and right there with you, I could keep doing the same things, and getting the same results or, take a drastic step to eliminate all of the activities in my life that where no longer serving me
Now, my life looks quite different. I am currently happily married; living a healthy, full life, enabling me to; manage my stress; and have more work/ life balance.

While, I will never regret the time I spent wearing all of those different hats in an industry that has provided me with a long and glorious career, it was time to pivot, level up, and pursue the lifestyle I most desired.  

I’m maintaining a small personal clientele as a master stylist, actively promoting several top tier beauty brand businesses, and assisting women like you as you navigate your way through the journey of maintaining and updating your self-confidence and self-love, through MY beauty and wellness BEST practices.
